Angry Transmission Problems

I have a 1994 Ford Explorer with a 4.0 Pushrod v-6. Recently the clutch disc had went out. We have a book to tell us what we are doing and went step by step. We replaced the clutched disc and checked the pressure plate, throw-out bearing and all of that to be sure everything was alright. We looked at this clutch release cylinder that it has and did not have the right tool for the quick disxconnect fitting at the transmission, so to get it out we disconnected the line at the release cylinder itself. We got everyhing in and double checked it to make sure it was alright. Bled the clutch and all of that.....hydraulic cluth by the way. There was a steady stream of fluid.

Anyways, the main problem is that there is no pressure on the clutch at all. No back pressure or nothing. And to make matters worse, the clutch is engaged and will not disengage. I press the pedal and get no pressure even with the vehicle on. Can not shift or anything and once you turn of the car and push it up into gear, then try to start it again it is stuck in that gear and moves.......no clutch pressure and will not disengage......

PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I would start by having a friend watch the slave cylinder and throwout fork while you push the clutch in to make sure that the slave cylinder piston is stroking and the throwout fork is moving properly. If it is, then the issue is inside the bell housing. Something has to be broke or missing if you are not feeling the resistance of the throwout bearing pushing against the clutch spring.

That is the problem actuially. The bearing is not moving at all. I am not sure what the problem is. There is no movement whatsoever and I know that the transmission is still good.
