Best Way To Mount Underbody Neons On 04 Eclipse GTS

I have a 2004 mitsubishi eclipse gts. I bought a set of underbody neons, 2 4foot tubes and 2 3foot tubes. Does anyone know the best possible way to mount there, and where to mount them.

Thanks

Where exactly did you zip tie em at. I found the side ones to be a lil easier, right past where the side skirts are screwed in. But i cant seem to find a good place for the front and back to mount them. If you could give me an idea, itd be great, thanks

mount them to your trashcan and leave them there for the garbagemen to collect, thats where they belong

Just because you don't like underbodies doesn't mean you have to be and ass to him. He was only asking a question, not for a smart ass opinion.

I do agree with the zip ties they work great for holding on neons. If I get time I will also try to take pics of how mine are mounted and post them tomorrow

Re: Best Way To Mount Underbody Neons On 04 Eclipse GTS

I didn't have to use zip ties with mine either they came with the mounts in my kit. I just though that the zip ties were easier to use then the plastic mounts

Re: Best Way To Mount Underbody Neons On 04 Eclipse GTS

zipties are easier for the front and back, sides i drilled 3 holes on both sides for the plastic holders , you should be able to just slip the lights in right inside the stock front and rear bumpers, ziptie the front to something and the rear is a little more difficult to find a place to ziptie since there isn't too much there...it took me 3 hours to figure it out and onyl 2 more after my gf took over the directions and told us what to do. For the Transformer, i mounted that on the headlight housing (not the headlight) i'll try to get pics up soon
