Transfer Case Lowering
How low can I lower the transfer case with lowering bars to maintain the stock drive shafts when doing a SOA with 3.5" lift springs?

You cant lower it enough. Thats about 9" of lift. No way your stock rear driveshaft is going to work and probably not your front either.

I'd have to agree with Ray H, a spring over with 3.5" springs is going to be way to much lift to use the stock driveshafts, even if you did lower the T-case. and unless you also lower the engine, you can only drop the case a little over 1" before you run into clearance problems with the engine and fire wall.
if you are definatly going to go with that much lift, I think you best bet would be to get a longer front shaft, and a SYE (Slip Yoke Eliminator) and CV shaft for the rear.
