Silverstar 9006 question

Quick question....does my '97 Blazer take the 90 degree 9006 bulbs? Or are they the straight ones? I want to pick some up on Ebay and most are listed as 9006 ST/2. Are these the right ones for the lowbeams?

Re: Silverstar 9006 question

Is it listed in the list from the Sylvania website?
Not being a smart ass, this is just what they have on their site.

But to answer your question, if it is a 9006, it will work.

Silverstars are nice but there are better for cheaper money. I was not overly impressed with them.

Re: Re: Re: Silverstar 9006 question

I'm using the Silverstar Seal Beam replacements on my "94" Blazer. and I can really notice a big difference form the regular Halogen Seal Beams. I'm also looking at buying the Diamond Backs conversation kits. That way I can us Plasma lighting.

Nice, I did the sealed SilverStars with a jeep cherokee I owned. If my front end damage gets all fixed and I have some extra cash I might go with the Halos. I love the bright lighting and I need as I tow a lot through snow and everything.

Re: Silverstar 9006 question

I put silverstars in a 99 forestor with very good results. W/ my 97 blazer i used a cheap blue set for the low beams, there horrible but i used silverstars for my highs, and i'm impressed w/ my highs but that may be b/c my lows beams are shitty so there is a big diff between the lows and highs I plain on doing an HID conversion in the summer any way
