Name this part

So I took the a/c compressor out today on a 95 grand am, and I noticed this sitting in the passenger wheel well. What is it ?

Part number is 10166335

GM is telling me its the power steering pulley cap, anyone have any pics ?

Here is the catch, nothing is wrong on that side. There was a grinding noise but it was the a/c compressor. So any ideas on where it goes ? Did a mechanic before me leave it behind or something.

Re: Name this part

It is the spacer/shim that goes on the bolts for the compressor (engine side).
