Unhappy 2000 Intrigue

I bought a 2000 Intrigue in October of this year....and I have taken into the dealership 4 times to have the service engine soon light looked at. The light keeps coming on...they have replaced the sensors since they said that was the problem....then the light came back on and it was overheating...so took the car back and they replaced the thermostat, first they put the wrong one in then they put the right one in....now again, the service engine light popped back on....does anyone know what this could be or have any suggestions on what to do??? This situation is getting very irritating to both me and the dealership. All they (the dealership) says is to bring back in.....so I will be going back for the 5th time to get this checked...Any suggestions would be appreciated....thanks

One one here can tell you sight unseen what's going on, what are the codes, what is the condition, which engine, what sensors were replaced? You need to discuss this with management at the dealership, only on site diagnosis will resolve this problem.

Check the fuel filler cap. If it's not properly sealing, the service engine light will illuminate.
