Question How bad is it for my exhaust to be from the test pipe and thats it?

Well recently EZ thought it would be funny to see how loud it would be for my exhaust to be at the test pipe, like from the DP to the test pipe is my exhaust.... and he used close hanger wires to hold it up..... how bad is that for under the car? its very very loud... but we only started it up, my parents were sleeping, the car was in the garage... so we never accelrated. Would the heat from the exhaust damage anything? And on that note, Does anyone have a 3" turboback Exhaust for a 1g? AWD THANKS!
Aaron

well think where the exhaust ends, right under the cabin part of your car. That can seep into your cabin and make you sick or possibly kill you. But most likely it may give you a headache when your are stopped at alight or during traffic. So if you don't care about health go for it! And if you want that sound, just get someone to fabricate you some straight 3'' pipe.
Also the heat probably wouldn't bother anything but it will turn the underside of your car black if it's not already.

Oh so your trying to blame it on me? I'll kill you!! It does sound just a tad bit too loud but i guess you could get a real exhaust (if you're a pussy)
