Should be the connector front of trans drivers side, but this is an electronic unit and may disable other functions, plus you cannot drive too long with no tcc, you will overheat the the trans fluid

Is your converter remaining locked up when you slow down?
This was a problem with many GM fwd automatics, and required a new lock up solenoid. This part is inside the transmission and can be accessed by removing the drivers side access panel. Its quite a job to do, but usually can be done without removing the trans. |
