temp gauge

I have a 94 Silerado with a 5.7 and the temp gauge has stoped working i have replace the sendor about four times and it works for one or two day and stops again put new one in and it work again for a few more days.Next i"am going to replace the wirehaness plug .
Does any know whats going on Here.

It could be a bad guage, but i wouldn't think that this would kill a sender. I would honestly think about just installing an aftermarket mechanical gauge or electrical guage. These tbi's aren't as computer enhanced as the later 350's so you should be alright doing that.
