Wired for fogs?

Trying to find out if our '93 Talon DL is wired for foglights. I've read that the DLs never came with fogs from the factory, only the higher up models. I'm hoping that ours still has the wiring, and that I can add them in. I found this plug behind the headlamp. It has a red/white wire and a black.

Also, I removed the little metal plate while I was in there, after reading about that mod, to increase airflow.

I'm wondering that also. I have those connectors for the fog lights and was wondering if i wanted to add the fog lights (factory) what mods would you have to do? Is there a switch for it? or do they just turn on with the head lights? Which i doubt....

I'm sure there is a switch ( goes in left of the instrument cluster). Pretty sure they only work with the park lights and low-beam headlamps.

I'm also wondering if Eclipses or lasers from '93 or other years are the same as a '93 Talon.
