Talking questions...

ok, i have a 89 grand prix, auto, with 66k miles on the 2.8 L v6, yes i said 66k miles.

1. Would it be smart to put a cold air intake it?
2. What other suggestions are there to make my car run stronger and give me better gas mileage?
3. How am i suppose to get to the spark plugs in the back of the motor so i can change those? And what kind of spark plugs would be recomended?

and this one is off topic but if i were to sell my car right now how much would i get out of it, ive put in a brand new custom stereo system in it and everything works in beautifully. New altenator, new tires, all hoses are cleaned, replaced cruise control unit, no cracks in window, and there is like 4 minor minor dents on the car, how much? (not an offer)

Re: questions...

To change the rear plugs, remove the two upper mounts that go from the engine to the radiator support. Then you can rock the motor forward by using a ratchet strap, or put the car in park and push the car to rock it. I have a tool that replaces one of the mounts so you can ratchet it forward and back, and it cost me about $25 at Harbor Freight. You'd have to pry that tool from my cold dead fingers to get it away from me, as it has paid for itself many times over. It works on GM mini-vans and 97-up GP's too. The older GM 2.8 and 3.1 engines don't take too many mods, they are dependable, but not very mod-able. About all you can do is free up the intake(cold air intake, or drill holes in the factory air box) and exhaust (low restriction catalytic converter, although kinda expensive for the slight gain, and free-flow mufflers), and you'll gain about 15-20hp.
