engine torque specs
i was wondering if anyone knew the torque specs for the following list of things for a 1995 Dodge Stealth RT
Cam Shafts Head Bolts Water Pump Intake System Valve Covers Pulleys for Timing Belt The car isnt actually mine but a buddy of mine is completely rebuilding his and he didnt feel like purchasing a repair manual. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Read the FAQ. There are plenty of links in there that will have that information.
Try the links for the 60k tuneup. That will have most of them.
