B20 block With B18 head (good or bad)
ive got an 97 civic hatchback.
ive been thinking about buying a b20b block , and then a b18b gsr head to put on the block, im gonna try to make it an all aftermarket engine with turbo, i would like it to be vtech, would this fit my car? would a b16 head be better on it than a b18 or not? |

Re: B20 block With B18 head (good or bad)
The GS-R engine is the b18c, not the b18b. Do a search on CRVTEC (or crv/vtec).

It is in a 89 civic hatch SI. I do not know the exact horse, i THINK its about 218 to the wheels when i was getting everything tuned and timed. Keep in mind, i have a new cam, pistons, and rods along with intake
