Steering over-boosting?

Hi, is there any way a mechanic could increase the amount of steering boost there is? Im lazy and I'd like it to turn easier like my old truck did.

No, it's not adjustable. The only alternative would be to get a gearbox that's geared differently, but that would be expensive, and i'm not even sure there is one available.
