Bleeding Fual Inj. System after elec. pump install HELP

Hello all I am new and hoping to get some help here , I am a shade tree machanic but very incline. I just replaced my wifes elec. fuel pump in her 1999 Dodge Stratus (2.0 engine)

The car was running fine then she cut it off at work and it would not start I head to her work and I did not hear the Fuel Pump so I had it towed to the shop just to be sure they checked it out(charged me 90.00) I then had it towed home (100 in towing both ways)

269.00 on a electronic fuel pump I drop the tank replaced it and bam the car fired right up drove it for about 3 days and it feels like it is starving for fuel it sputters when you take off (its a stick) and all the way thru 5th the more I punch the gas the harder it starts to sputter but does finly go.

I read in the directions of the fuel pump that i was supose to bleed the air from the system stupid me thinking it started so it was fine I threw them away and now i have no idea how to bleed it can anyone help or point me in the right direction. I would really apprecieate it. I am almost 100% positive this is the problem as the car ran perfect till the pump went out. I remember in the directions it says pull the furthest fuel injector or somthing like that . Help?

Thanks Domb1972

Man what ever happen to a 20.00 fuel punp that ran off the crank? LOL

I've replaced a couple of different types of these fuel pumps, and I've never had to bleed them. It sounds more like you've got a plugged fuel filter as well.
