Differences between 2003 SE-R and Spec V?

AFAIK, the manual transmission on the SE-R is only a 5 speed as opposed to the Spec V's 6, and the SE-R has smaller wheels and a less firm suspension. Is that it? Also, is the SE-R's suspension still relatively tight? Does it come with LSD? Thanks.

spec has lsd, sport suspension, tuned exhaust, 6 speed, and 17 inch wheels, other than that pretty sure they are same

(the tuned exhaust frees up 10 more hp, or so nissan claims.)

engine is the same, ecu tunign and different exhaust brought out the 10hp difference, btu the engines are the same
