hey all,
ok im wondering if i can fit the b16A into my 93 civic coupe. im sure the b16a2 will fit and they look alike in sizes. i can only afford a b16A though so i would like 2 know some info on the engine, basically do i need 2 buy motor mounts or use the ones that r on know. would like to know also on how 2 tell the difference with a jdm (serials) and age of motor. don't whant to spend bigg bucks and get an older engine than what i already have. anyone in the Toronto area with any info for engine swaps for a good deal e-mail please. info greatly apreciated thanks,

Yeah the B16a will fit but you will need to change the driver side mount cuz other wise it wont match. As far as telling how old the motor is and the mileage I really dont know how. Also make sure you get an Ecu for a 92 and up B16 and make sure you get a hydraulic tranny not a cable cuz I believe most 1st gen b16's are all cable (88-91)
