ok im confused. Now i want ot know how long my rear end is going to last and how muchim going to have to let up on it. So when i was in auto class i looked up on Mitchell On Demand some information and it said that " The Rear Axle identification information is stamped on the forward side of theleft or right axle tube." Now I didnt see shit on either one. Could it meen on the axle housing. If not how else can i figure it out without tearing the fucker apart.

It had a 2.8L V6, Automatic, it is RS, and its an 85'. Thats pretty much it that I think can help.
