2003 Town Car limo suspension too hard

I have a 2003 Executive L with 28,000 miles. I bought it new for use as a family car instead of limo use. The factory installed "limo" package inculdes "harder" suspension than the standard TC. I want to trade this "hard" suspension for "standard" suspension so that I get the soft TC ride that I'm used to. Any suggestions? My dealer will do the job for about $1000 parts plus $500 labor with no allowance for my used "hard" suspension parts. The parts required are: all four struts, air bags, springs and torsion bars. I'm willing to exchange my used "hard" suspension parts for used "standard" supension parts. I'm willing to do the labor myself if someone will sell me the parts.

i have a 2003 tc also and i think u should just change the springs and shocks, not sure if the 2003 uses struts , i havent really looked at mines yet cause i just had it for 3 months, but my last 15 years i had 4 towncars and all used shocks. so i suggest u just go to dealer and buy original springs for the front and change the four shocks, i dont think u should do it at the dealer cause its more expensive. also i think the airbags in the back are the same as reg. ones.
