fans
My cooling fans do not come on until I unplug the temp sensor!

might want to replace the sensor. im not sure but it may be that if the sensor is out, the fans run so you dont over heat, but with the sensor in, it could be busted and just not sensing that it needs to turn on the fans. so I would think the sensor would be cheap, try that first.
