fuel injection
The van I just bought wa suppose to of had gas in it. When we towed it home bought a new battery for it, spark plugs the whole 9 yards. plus put gas in it. Still it will not start. Do you have to prime it some certain way with the fuel injetion?

There is no special way to prime them...just fill the tank and turn the key a few times to prime the fuel rails.
Are you getting any spark? Also, check the fuel rail (test port) and see if there's any fuel in the rail. You should be able to hear the fuel pump turn on though.

Yes turning the key on a few times will fill the fuel rail and build pressure in the rail. Take the cap off the test port and install a hose, if you have one, that presses on the schrader valve tip in the port. this will tell you if the pump is working.
After that check for spark.
