Oil leak and P/S leak

I was changing the belt on my 97 escort this weekend and i noticed a smal leak coming from the P/S pump and also a small leak coming coming the crankshaft pulley.

Im assuming the P/S pump is on its way out, and its the crankshaft seal that has gone. Both seem fairly accessible from the underneath, im wondering its they are DIY jobs or not ? If so, any pointers that might make it smoother ?
