Where is the starter in a 1994 nissan sentra xe
Where is the starter in a 1994 nissan sentra xe 1.6L engine? We can not find it? Does anyone know where it is and how to change it? Thanks in advance for any help!!

it is probably on the middle or bottom half of the motor, bolted on the transmission right where the transmission and the motor meet. not sure what side though. to change it just unplug the battery(important) take out the two bolts and unbolt the cables. installation is reverse

follow your negative cable. my negative cable is directly connected the mounting bolts of the starter
u can also follow the fattest positive cable from your battery its Usually connected directly to the start solenoid

if its in the same place as my 99gxe youre in trouble..... its in between the motor and tranny under the car, the gear side is in the tranny and the mototr side is facing the passenger tire, you have ot be under the vehicle and its about halfway, right above the axle
