You F*ing IDIOT!!! my car =( (pics* 56k killer)
sigh* over the weekend my car literally got FUCK'D! It happened Saturday night... while i was on my way to Wal-Mart to buy some gel my car got hit by some stupid ass 16 year old that don't even have his DL license and can't drive a manual worth shit! I had the right of way and he was in the middle of the median trying to cross to the other side... So i was on the right lane i seen a few cars had stopped on the left side of the lane.. so as i got closer to one of the main store intrance where the median divided the streets the 88 Saab was stuck in the middle median... as i was getting closer to where he was at i seen his front end was sticking out a little bit so i slowed my car a bit and as i got closer he decided to gas his car and try to make it to the other side... but then i guess he knew he couldnt make it so by this time his front end was sticking out from the end of his fender... But before he even got that far i was already going to swurve to the right... but now that he is out even more i did a hard swurve to miss him and he... Stupid as he is gased the car when i swurve around him and hit my fender and fucked up my wheel! I could of made a clean swurve but that stupid son-of-a-bitch Gased the car even though he seen me swurve around his stupid ass! So now you see the outcome of my car... at night i didnt think it was soo bad.. but the next morning... DAMNNN! my front wheel is pushed back 2" or 3"... So now i dont know if its totalled because my frame might be fucked but i dont know... What a fucking waste! sorry for the cursing... Oh yeah after he hit me the first thing i did was got out of my car and said "WTF!" and then walked over to his car and Kicked his front bumper! Lol then 2 hours later i felt the pain in my foot for kicking it... Oh and his car by the way... i tore off this whole front and took out both of his headlights... and i seen him leaking some fluids =/. Agian.. the 16 didn't have a DL "yet" because he had a copy of hes Dl that is on a white paper because he is still waiting for it in the mail... and also he is just learning how to drive a manual... his Mom should of drove because she was in the back seat with her idiot son that was learning how to drive in heavy traffic!

I would hope ther isn't fram damage, take the wheel off to see if the accident fucked up your suspension (thats what happened in my accident)

Well if there is you will get money for the car from his insurance (Unless it's fucking Allstate they're a bunch of cock-suckers). I'd say jack it up and have a look, you might even be able to tell by turning the wheel all the way to the left.

Shit man, that sucks. But atleast you and the other kid are alright.... even if you don't want him to be lol. Did the kid have insurance? A friend of mine skidded into the median one night when it was raining and fucked up the same exact area you got hit in. Turned out he only messed up the whole suspension on that wheel. Good luck!

This might be a blessing in disguise for you. I remember you wanting to sell your car, and if there is frame damage, the insurance company will just total it out. Therefor you get $$$, and the chance to buy a turbo DSM. The only thing to worry about would be the amount of cash they actually give you, based on what it's actually worth. Good luck, and I hope you bashed that kid on the side of the head before you left wal-mart.

new fender and some suspension work. i don't see how the frame would be bent if it didn't hit the actual frame. it would bend the control arms and shit before it bent the frame. you'll probably need a new strut/spring, control arms, steering knuckle, and that's probably about it. well....and a fender.

Ok so i went home for lunch to take a look at the suspension... and its bent! So im guessing whole new suspension on the left side... my rims NEED to be fix because i bet my rims are bent now. I was surprised the hood is still in the same place Lol it didnt touch. But yeah i hope my frame is bent somehow so i can get $$$ for it... but damn.. i just got a turbo for it too =\ If it is totalled... i think i will part out my car... and sell it for parts! thats "if" its totalled anyways heh

Body shops do wonders nowadays...in my old car my whole trunk and bumper etc got caved in and broke....$1500 for a whole fix???? :-/

How many miles on the car? Alot of insurance companies now go by milage alot. If you have alot of miles on the car the value goes down alot. But i cannot see your frame being bent, but we all mean is uni-body. But GL man

Lol Hella Fresh I had the same Red Eclipse RS as you and it got totalled like 2 months ago. I got paid for it and I am happy since they gave me a lot more money than its really worth. The other car that hit me was totalled and mine had a lot of damage too. The way they decide if its totalled is if your car for example KBB costs $3000 and the estimate for repairs is $4000 they decide that the car is totalled. When the attorney asked me what year was my car and I told him 96 , he told me right away they would declare it totalled. I could buy my car back from the insurance company but its hard to sell a car that was once declared totalled. good luck to you man, oh by the way go to a lawyer right away and he will most likely tell you to go to massages and thats another 3 grabd for you. GO TO A LAWYER, the sooner you go the better. Once your lawyer get the police report ...

Hey man I hope the frame isnt damaged, I doubt it is though.. But just to let you know that if the insurance company does give you money for the car, then it is theirs now...soooo....you really couldnt part it!
But if I was in an accident like that, my neck and back would sure be hurting!!
