I need Push Bumpers!!!

I really need to know where to get some heavy duty push bumpers.

why? cause I just witnessed some jerk back into my car when parking wich busted out my grill and one of my highbeams.

He sped off got away but damnit it is real annoying. I need some police issue push bumbers that can fit on most 80's oldsmobiles.
