Those and many other things you can easily do yourself. It'll really save you a bundle of the green stuff everyone loves (not weed, but the money to buy it!). Seriously all the shops I've been to charge 50+/hr. It can take about 3 hours maybe a little more to do both. All you need is a set of jackstands, jack and of course a good set of tools. When I first got my car I installed a cold air intake off of ebay for like 50 bucks and removed all the plastic stuff from the stock intake in just over an hour and a half (without any directions!). That was with me knowing nothing more than how to change oil & sparkplugs @ the time. Here's a link that can help you out a little:
http://importnut.net/honda.htm It's for a d series but is very applicable to yor car.

i agree with Quick do it urself but for the exhaust, unless u get a full cat-back system, ur gonna have to bring it to a muffler shop anyway. i have a HKS Hiper style full cat-back for $320 if ur interested.

aem v2 is a good intake, but if the streets get flooded get an air bypass valve also.

the exhaust is a great exhaust, but its a little too big for my taste. it looks good if you have any kind of rear lip but if not, that thing stick outs a lot. I wouldnt spend your money to have someone install it. Intake is veryy easy, shouldnt take more then 1 hour at the most, and exhaust with a help of a friend, u can do an 1 hour. save yourself $100+ on installation and use that money somewhere else

that exhaust should basically bolt right on and use the stock hangers....it should be cake!

Re: where shoould i go to get mods done?
it does bolt right on and uses stock hangers so it shouldnt take long at all, especially if u have a friend to help you, which i recommend. Do it yourself unless you dont know how to loosen and tight a bolt.
