Unhappy 97 s-10 blazer shorts/no start help plz

I have a 97 s-10 chevy blazer, about a month now my blazer seems like its be having to crank long for the engine to finally turn over. I went to work the other day and when I was leaving I tryed to start the truck, and the gauges/4x4 switch, would not work, I checked the fuse box and fuse # 4/ 10 Amp was blown. replaced with 20 amp fuse blew tried 25 amp blew. Today I tried to start the truck and nothing, just clicking from the starter. found loose wires on the starter tighted wires, truck starts good but cant put fuse in box w/out blowing it. started to pull dash apart to find a melted wire coming from the fuse box. I have no ideas???
Anyone know where i could get a wiring diagram, or any ideas?? I really could use the help ASAP

Here is an addy where you can buy a cd with everything from engine over haul to wiring diagrams to your make and model of cars or trucks. Yhe cd is 25 dollars and no shipping charges. I've purchased 2 different type of cd's from the and them have helped me alot.
