Unhappy my 2005 starts like a 1980

i just got this 2005 impala and it occasionally starts like a old car. basically struggling to start. they replaced the starter and its seems to do it even more frequently.is anyone else having this problem?

Honestly it does it warm cold whenever, also if I just play the radio without the the engine running and then start the car it makes a poppin noise.
