83 Multifunction Lever

The black plastic lever that sets the cruise, and wiper function has cracked an fallen off and I just have the metal arm that comes out from the steering collum that controls the turn signals. Before that happened the cruise control worked and the wipers did also, turning the wipers off was a problem. the adjustment was tempramental. The left turn signal would light but not flash or if it did flash it was slow. The wires that go through the metal arm to the plastic adjuster seem ok. Will I need to replace to plastic casing or all the wires. How do I do this. Novice but willing to try. Other problems are the drivers window seems to be off track and will not power up or down and the master window control will not work on the RR window.
The control stick located at center of dash, I assume is to adjust the R rearview mirror does not work and the non-digital clock can't be reset. Help on the above items would be great!
