Question Installing neon lights in a 2004 SXT

I have a 2004 dodge neon SXT. I bought a Bell appliance thingy to put in numerous neons. When I try 2 plug it into the fuse box in the inside of the car it doesnt work. It worked previously on my 91 ford probe, but now i cant seem to get a good connection for power. Is there any thing else i should try with the Bell appliance thing or is there another way of getting power to the neon lights for the interior? im tryin 2 avoid drilling holes in the car. when i try and plug the power wire into the fuse box do i use one of the wholes or both of them. In the probe it just had a single prong fuse so it worked great. Any ideas???

u cut off the part that goes into the lighter socket and u stick the wires is in. I bought a new bell thingy that connects to the lighter socket for power and hooked up my neons with that.
