1998 dodge cravan

The lights on the 2 wiper buttons and the cold air button, air circulation button blink. Is this the control panel or maybe a relay switch? Also when I press the rear defogger button, can hear a noise from where the fuses are located. After a few minutes lights turn off and conrols work fine.

diagnostics

The AC control panel has its own diagnostics. It uses the lights on the buttons to display trouble codes. I dont have the service manual with me. If you replace the control module or disconnect it, it will go through the preproggramed dianostics. Not sure what yours is doing.
The dodge service manual has all the info on this.
