No, for some reason the holes and the shape of the flaps aren't interchangable betweens 88-89 and 90-91. Stick with whatever year your's matchs with. Also crx mudflaps wont work on 4 doors and hatchbacks as well.

You can make them fit by shaving a little. They look kinda weird though.

I tried a pair of 88 flaps on my 90 and I ended up shaving them too, but they just wasn't worth all the effort. I'm so happy with my 91 si flaps.
