Safe Anti-Freeze and Flush

Does anyone know what type of coolent (anti-freeze) the factory used in a 96 Grand Marquis? Is Dex-cool ok to use? What radiator flushes are safe to use with this vehicle?

I understand that it was bad to use Dex-Cool on some gas (I don't know if the Grand Marquis was one of them or not)vehicles because it deteriorated some head gaskets.
