Ground Control makes rear coil-overs for the 84-87 CRX just for the rear. On the front you can just drop the torsion bars. www.ground-control.com

eibach makes rear springs and so does suspension techniques. the front torsion bars are adjustable so you can lower that to make the lowering springs.

I currently have Tokico progressive rate springs the the back, that lowered like 1.25 inches.

If you haven't already, get new shocks all the way around. I am using KYB GR-2 shocks on all 4 corners, which I installed to accomdate the lowered ride height.

I have heard many good reviews on the Ground Control coilovers as well.
