I have bad flow says the trouble code, But the egr is working find.
I have find a service bulletin in USA with number 02M01 but i don’t now
what it is.

i had the same thing go wrong with my 95 Town Car, the same code everything. However, my EGR valve was bad (the car has 184,000 miles on it). So i replaced it. Turns out the CHECK ENGINE light came back on, giving me the same fault code. I then replaced the EGR Cellinoid valve (sorry if i spelled that wrong I'm not that good of a speller), which looks like a small cylinder with on wire going into the back of it, and two hoses going into the side of it...one hose should be a red vacuum line hose and the other is a green hose that goes into the EGR valve itself. That could be your problem, that cellinoid (which is usually black in color). However, it wasn't on my Town Car because the light came back on with the same fault code. Then i found out that the DPFE sensor usually goes bad on the EGR systems of the lincoln town cars, ford crown victorias, and mercury grand marquis's. This part is one of the reasons why fords are well known for their CHECK ENGINE lights always coming on, because the computer tells the EGR valve to open and this DPFE sensor doesn't do its job and throws the CHECK ENGINE light. The DPFE sensor looks like a small rectangular domino that is usually silver in color. It isn't too hard to find, but it usually sits to the right of the EGR Cellinoid Valve and behind the throttle body. The DPFE sensor controls the pressure inside of the EGR tube and the valvue itself. So more than likely, that is your problem. It solved the problem with my lincoln and everything works fine, no more CHECK ENGINE light either. However, if you do let the problem go, it won't hurt the engine, but after awhile carbon will build up inside the engine in the exhaust chambers and when you go to get your car inspected, it won't pass emissions because instead of the EGR system recirculating all the gases, the catellitic converter(s) burn up the carbon, causing more exhaust gases that do not have a pleasent smell. And the engine will start to have a small knock. If you want to know the best way to clean carbon out of your exhaust ports in the cylinder chambers without taking the engine apart, let me know. i hope this helps.

02M01 is a customer satisfaction program that extends the warranty period for the DPFE sensors. There is a lot of confusion about this even among dealers. The Sensor itself has been updated several times and the TSB has been updated also. It applies to a vartiety of ford products.
What year is your TC? Try your local dealer for info on wether your vehicle is covered under this program. I think this will solve your trouble code issue.

we havn´t any local dealer in sweden.
my tc is a 2001 year.

how many miles/kilometers are on the car?

hmm, 120,000 kilometers, that is only 74,600 miles. i doubt very highly that your EGR valve is bad at all. EGR valves usually get clogged at about 120,000 miles (which is about 194,000 kilometers). It is more than likely that your DPFE sensor has gone bad. like i said, the lincoln town car and its sister cars (the ford crown victoria and the mercury grand marquis) are very well known for having their DPFE sensors going bad. Also remember that it is in a shape of a domino and is gray in color, with two air lines going into it and a quick-connect plug. get that replace. the part is not expensive (at least not here in the US) and like i said, with the EGR systems, the DPFE sensor is usually what goes bad. hope this helps

Just to add to Sreilly's post, Ford trucks also have the same problems with DPFEs. A tech told me that they are not even allowed to diagnose a code such as yours. They are to just replace the DPFE. There are several internet sites that link to ford dealers here in the US. They discount their parts and ship most places. If want a few lnks let us know.
