turn signal issue

I own a 200 Malibu and just started having problems with my turn signals. They use to work after hitting a bump, but now they don't work most of the time (neither left or right). I know on the older models there was a main fuse. Is that the case on these mdels? If so where is it as I looked in the fuse box and found none. Any input would be appreciated.

Re: turn signal issue

The 2000 Malibu was included on recall #03043A for the hazard warning flasher (which includes turn signal flasher operation). You might want to check into that further. It is old enough, March 2004, that it likely shows up on various sites that post recall information

Re: turn signal issue

Try turning the hazzard flasher off/on or hit the dash right above it until you get the recal done. The flasher switch has a solder joint that cracks.
