Infiniti M45 Audio Question

Can anyone tell me how hard it is to install my own aftermarket stereo equipment into the new 2006 M35 or M45s? With or without Bose and with or without navigation? I'm fairly competent around stereo equipment and can do my own installs, but I was wondering how integrated the new Ms are? I own a 2001 Maxima right now that had the factory Bose stereo. I have completely removed the entire Bose system and added my own equipment. This was time consuming but fairly straightfoward. These newer cars nowadays - especially with all their technology - scare me. I mean, if I pull the stock head unit out will a bunch of features no longer work, etc. etc. etc?

If no one knows, is there some place I can go to find out?

Thanks, Tony
