hdtv on computer
since i don't have a spare $2000 to buy tickets for the ucla/sc game this year, i wanted to know if any of u guys have HD on your computer. i don't have an hdtv nor the programming. i tried figuring out exactly what i can do to record an hd program onto the computer, but have no idea if it will work. so far i found that the federal gov't mandates all cable companies must have a hdtv decoder or cable box with firewire. what type of capture card would i need? suggestions? then what about recording software? I don't mind shelling out a little money for this since i could then record other programs in HD.
