Tahoe Cruise Control didn't shut off
Has anyone had the cruise control on their Tahoe to stick and not turn off leaving you with no way to stop your vehicle without turning off the ignition????

It would stay in cruise control and you would be driving normal, you would brake, it woud cut off, but out of NOWHERE the truck just starts acclerating to try and regain the speed that was set before... it was a NASTY scary situation. They greased up all the cables and connections regarding the cruise control and stuff and I leave the control on OFF all the time.

I believe there was a recall on late model Chevy trucks for cruise control sticking. Might want to check into that.
