Completed '05 MINI COOPER
Hi,
It's past a month since posted last progress pics. I've been busy and couldn't finish this one. Modified as 2005 version based on Fujimi 1/24 Mini One kit. Modifications are mainly front/rear bumper style, front grill and taillamps. Painted body mixed green metallic. Progress is here     Thank you for looking!!

WOW, I was fooled by the 1st photo, thinking it was the 1:1 version, Really
The rear light and indicators look so real.Great work

An authentic duplicate of the 1:1. You'd be hard press to tell that is the model and not the real car if it wasn't pointed out. I'm sure the owner was very satisfied. As always, kunta, your work never ceases to amaze.

Are the half clear/half amber lights on the front a Japanese thing? Dont remember seeing that here in the US.

The first two pictures look incredibly realistic. It was hard to tell if it was model or car. Had I not known I would have been fooled. Excellent camera work, background, and overall a suberb realistic model. THAT is the way a model should look.

I'm also curious about what you used for the surface for the ground, under the car?
