hosed up my gauges

I decided to change my gauge faces to white for some strange reason, and the procedure calls for removing the needles. I was very careful and marked them off to make sure they were in the same position when i replaced them, but apparently they got moved. Speedo is way off, gas im pretty sure is off, revs seem ok but i think theyre probably off a little as well.

Is there any way to reset them? or am i gonna have to go trial and error method...

any help is appreciated guys.
