Windshield Washer Doesnt work

Today i tried using my windshield washer fluid and i push the switch forward and the wipers moved put nothing came out and the pump didnt turn on. It worked the last time i used it. My car is a 00 GTP. Also my friend gave me 2 exhuast tips off an 04 Grand Prix will these work on my 00 GTP

Pump is probably dead, its pretty easy to get to and check out.

Where is the pump, how do i remove it, and how much does it cost for a new one?
