Voltage Problem

I Have A 97 Ford Escort. My Battery Was Draining Within A Couple Of Hours And I I Used A Test Light On It. I Found That There Is A Problem With The Fuel Inj. Somewhere . The Test Light Went Out When I Pulled The Fuse.. Can Someone Please Help Me , And Let Me Know Where I Should Start

You should start with the basics. Is your battery good?
If so, is your alternator charging, if not it will drain your battery.
Then you could look for a draw in the system.
But I suspect it's just your alternator. Test these first then write back.

i have a brand new alternator and battery. i used a test light and found that there is a short or bad ground in the fuel inj. system. i pulled the fuse and the light went out.. what do i do now?

One at a time start disconnecting components of the fuel inj system until the light goes out. Can tell you off-hand what all is in that circuit. Could be a bad relay somewhere. Anyway, you've got it narrowed down. Progress!
