Question for those who bought on autotrader

Did you get an email from autotrader in the process of a transaction that was basically a buyer protection program?

Re: Question for those who bought on autotrader

I found my car thru Autotrader but I just took the phone number from the ad and called the seller directly. I never contacted Autotrader.

I also didn't get any emails when I sold my Eclipse through Autotrader.

Re: Question for those who bought on autotrader

Maybe if you did it online. I registered on autotrader when I listed a car on there and I get emails from them all the time. Maybe its spam maybe not. Peace-

Re: Question for those who bought on autotrader

We've bought a few cars via Autotrader and sold 2 thru Autotrader. No emails here either. We dealt directly with buyers/sellers.

Re: Question for those who bought on autotrader

I think any unsolicited email message that offers to sell you something is bullshit, no matter who sent it.
