Conversion Van Fold down rear seat problem

I bought a conversion Van a 93 ...Seller said "It has a rear seat that folds down into a bed " After I bought the van the seller vanished .The wife and I wanted that fold down bed for travel and camping ... I have tried and tried to fold down that seat into a bed and I cannot get it to fold down ! ... There is NO operators manual in the van either ! The seat is NOT electric there is no motor under there and no switch ...This is a TIARA conversion from Elkhart Indiana ...I called several Tiara phone numbers in Elkhart all of them are disconnected ...I figure Tiara is DOA Is there a trick to the seat to fold it down ! does anyone have a fold down rear seat like this THANK YOU ! FLUSTERED IN MICHIGAN !

You should just be able to pick up on the middle front of the seat and the back should go down.
