Funny noise from the right front

I have an 03 2500 and when im driving down the road at about 35 i hear a hear a faint thump,thump,thump,thump kind of like a card in spokes and when i turn the wheel to the left it stops but it doesnt stop when i turn to the right and it seems to disappear when i apply the breaks does anybody have any ideas.

Sounds like a bearing on it's way out.

Thanks thats what i was thinking i will check that out this weekend.
I also have a whine or a growl when taking off i only hear it when its in first gear none of the other gears but the tranny shifts flawlessly any ideas?
