Question supercharger or turbo?

I just bought a red 1990 miata. stock and in pretty good condition. im planning on throwing on some of sway bars, possibly lowering the suspension and definately either throwing on a supercharger or turbo. but which? i don't want to loose any low end performance, but im looking for something with resonable kick. advice?

If you don't want to sacrifice low end power I would look at a supercharger. Jackson racing makes a nice unit with plenty of upgrades if you want more power later.

The first thing to do is not listen to this guy. Never take advice from people who don't take the time to phrase their advice in actuall english.

Second if it is a 1990 then you will need to make sure it is caught up on all the maintenance before you start upgrading anything (especially power). If you really want to learn something about your new car head over to www.miata.net and start lurking those forums. There you will be able to get a good idea of what you need to do to get you car to the point where it can handle the upgrades you have planned.
