Neuspeed STB and easy lowering to good to be true?

my suspention is stock and so are the wheels (for now) is a neuspeed strut tower brace wasted money? also what are those spring stablizers that you wedge in your springs, i see them at autozone and the little clamp type things you bolt on to lower or lenghten your springs/car? i am guessin these are bad things if you dont want to replace stuff.

Thks.

the Neuspeed STB for $110 is a good deal, not a waste. i used a spring compressor for the removal of OEM springs & install of the lowering springs onto the shock assembly. they are a must
