Left pipe hangs low
I know this sounds kind of funny but its true.
I notice the other day and I've seen a few other GPs with the same problem. Its no big deal I know but it really bugs me,the left tail piece hangs about 1" lower. Do I just replace the rubber hangers or what? 99GT |

I have the same problem with my 95 GTP, only my left side hangs about 2 or 3 inches lower than the other. The odd part is when I bought the car it had new mufflers on it, you would think an exhaust shop would of taken the time to level the two sides.
I've yet to get under the car to investigate, but I think its just a matter of adjusting the hanger between the muffler and the tip. I can see how this problem occurs, at least on mine. The exhaust comes from the right side of the car and then splits into 2 pipes, the one going off to the left being longer and heavier it probably twists slightly. HTH Jamie
