Mark Martin Salute To You
I would like to know if anyone signed up for Mark Martins Salute To You sweepstakes? If so did you read the rules? If not I will tell you. The only people that could have won is a MAN. A woman can NOT win the grand prize. That isn't right. If Mark Martin knew of these rules then he has lost some fans. I would like to have some other peoples views on this! Thanks.

I'm shocked, that's not like Mark Martin, at all. I'm sure whoever is running this promotion is doing it under the table w/o Mark's knowledge. Where exactly did you find this information out and if so, can you post the link if it's available on the internet?

About Sweepstakes
Yes here is a site as of right now is still showing the details of it. The sweepstakes ended 10-31-2005..... But to let you all know that I did speak to an attorney and it is illegal for them to do that but only for the grand prize being offered only to a man. My attorney said if I had been 35, sense there is no law stating that they can't do that. The age discrimination act is at age 40 and above. But if there is a female 35 or over that did enter knowing that she couldn't win the grand but still entered she can contact an attorney and she has a good case!!!!! So good luck.... company's have got to get the message that they can't do this. I really hope mark martin didn't know about the rules. I thought it was unlike him too..

Probably because it's through VIAGRA a males product. That would be my guess. I wouldnt expect to win something through Tampax.
